All circuits busy message

Incoming calls not working. Callers receive this message : All circuits are busy.
No change on my end, everything was going fine yesterday.No problems for outgoing calls.

Any suggestions?

I'm having this problem today, but apparently only from Verizon callers. I've gotten nowhere with support. Is your issue resolved and if so, how long did it take?
