My goal is:

Primary number/account -> Telo -> Fax
Second number/private (GV enabled)-> Linx -> Phone

These numbers have to be split between main and private account to assign to devices to ring (Telo vs Linx). To do that, it removes the GV icon and integration giving me outbound CID to match my GV number.

I got it working. Once I moved the Telo and the second "virtual" number to the private account, I was able to log in to the private account and enable Google Voice via the Apps menu. First line is Linx with fax and second line is GV enabled on a private account using the Telo. Independent fax and voice lines now.
