Premier Service acting up

I have had the Premier service for years, but lately it hasn’t been working very well. Yesterday I got an email for a voicemail but the Ooma never lit up showing I had an email. That wasn’t the first time either. Also, when someone calls my Ooma number it is supposed to ring my cell phone too. This still works, but sometimes my Ooma phone will ring 4 or 5 times before my cell number will ring. My Ooma is really old. Is it time to get a new one?

How old? Telo 1 or HUB?

I have a Telo 1 and a Telo 2. They both work fine.

How do I tell what model I have? I did see my warranty expired in 2012.

HUB - White with 8 big square buttons that can be illuminated.
Telo 1 Black with 11 blue LED buttons and a blue Ooma symbol in the center.
Telo 2 Black with 6 buttons that are not illuminated, except for the Play button when active, and a blue Ooma symbol in the center.

If it's a HUB you should upgrade. They stopped adding features to it years ago.

I have a Telo 1 then. Does it update automatically?

It has been almost two years since the Telo One has had an update. Updates are automatic. I have the Telo One.
