Cannot turn off voicemail in Ooma portal

I searched for this topic, but didn't see it. Is there any way for me to disable my Ooma voicemail so people cannot leave messages? Seems kinda counterproductive, I know, but my wife and I both have cell phones and honestly never/rarely ever check the Ooma voicemail. There is no other answering machine in the house, I just want to turn off the one on my Ooma box. I looked at my Ooma portal, but it doesn't seem like I can do it from there.

Also, once I do that, how do I set the number of rings before a caller is automatically dropped?

You would need to contact customer service to disable voice mail.
