voicemail issue

When someone calls and gets our voicemail the automated Ooma voicemail system uses the temp number not the ported number, Can it be changed to have the ported number announced?

IF the temp # was assigned before/while the port was in progress, I believe it is considered your 'Primary' #. You should call Ooma support & request they make your ported # 'Primary'. That should address your issue.
