Blue light but off-line

Post by 600remguy » Fri Sep 27, 2019 2:33 pm

Telo 2 air at a glance looks to be fine with the blue symbol lit up but zero dial tone and sometimes find out it's offline on the
MyOoma site. Not overly impressed with the whole thing after receiving a unit I could not set-up properly and having to wait over a week for a replacement when finally deemed defective. This one seems not a lot better when I have to reset it and wait 5 minutes to make a call. Any insight?

If at all possible, try using an ethernet cable to connect to the internet instead of wi-fi. There may be RF interference in your area.
