Enhanced Caller ID X'd Out on Telo

I'm a Premier customer and just noticed that my Enhanced Caller ID is X'd out on the Telo.
How can I tell if it's working? I'm getting Caller ID, but how do I know if it's regular Caller ID or the Enhanced Caller ID that comes with Premier?
