Enhanced Caller ID X'd Out on Telo

I'm a Premier customer and just noticed that my Enhanced Caller ID is X'd out on the Telo.

How can I tell if it's working? I'm getting Caller ID, but how do I know if it's regular Caller ID or the Enhanced Caller ID that comes with Premier?

If you get a call from someone who is NOT in your contact list and the name of the caller appears on your phone then you are getting enhanced caller ID.

Until I began seeing this for ALL non-contact list calls, my assumption is always 'spoofed' / scammer / ignore. Spoofed CIDs can be virtually anything, but some are more convincing than others.
