Call forwarding via phone

Post by Stelcom66 » Tue Nov 19, 2019 11:09 am

Is the only way to forward calls to another number for the MyOoma site? I tried a few combinations of 72 and 73 with * and # but I assume they weren't valid. I got either a reorder tone or silence.

Didn't want to actually do it at the moment since I was expecting a call.

I do not believe you are required to have Office but one option is to have Premier Ooma account
which is one level up from Basic.

With Ooma Premier, log into your account at my.ooma.com.
Then in Preferences dropdown menu select. "Call Forwarding".
You will then see several option to select to where you want call
to go to. Be sure to hit "Save" after selecting options.
Have to admit I have not tried it.

There is even an option there so that if your Ooma box at home goes ofline
you can send the calls to another phone, such as your cell phone.

I realize that can be done via the website. I have Premier and set up the offline option when I first got the system.

The question was call forwarding via phone.
