I have Ooma telo in Canada and make and receive calls using my Panasonic 2 phone system. I installed the Ooma app from Google Play on my cell and imported my Contact list. Only some got imported.
I am now in Thailand. I try to call from this Ooma list but get no dial tone.
I have Basic SVC but am entitled to call for free to phones in Canada but not allowed to receive calls. The app helps me to hear my voice messages.
Why no dial tone or call completion? I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. No change..I contacted Ooma. They referred it to a higher level. Yet to hear from them. Thought some of you might know if I made wrong choices installing the app. Help.
