Voicemail screening keeps turning itself off

Has anyone else had the Voicemail screening feature turn itself off every few months? This is at least the 3rd or 4th time over a year or so I haven't heard a voice mail, and just get a notification. I check the settings, and it's been turned off again.

Thank you for this; I didn't know why I couldn't screen voicemails from the handset (an HD2) anymore. When I checked, voicemail monitoring was turned off for some reason. I guess I just need to check that setting frequently ...
