I cannot receive incoming calls during higher volume work hours. Callers are complaining that they get "all circuits are busy"
Outgoing calls are fine and 'off hour' calls get completed
I have logged into my ooma to forward calls to my cell phone however as calls do not make it to Ooma there are no calls to forward.
When will Ooma increase capacity?
