Internet Outage and Ooma

After Cox being down for about a day I am curious as to what happens with incoming calls during when the internet is down. Obviously I know they don't go through to the home phone but do they go to voice mail and can be retrieved later or ??

If you didn't configure your account to forward them to your cell phone they go to voicemail. Many people won't speak to voicemail so there may be no record of the call.
