Can't call Total Wireless cellphone (Verizon network)

Can't call Total Wireless cellphone (Verizon network)

My cellphone which uses Verizon's network can't be called from my Ooma line at home. I can call it from my company's VoIP phone that uses a Cox Cable T1, and from Google Voice.

I will call the Ooma support number but wonder if anyone else can't call Verizon cellphones. I always could previously. Just happened to try it today.

Called support - the dept. that would handle situations like this is closed. Supposedly they will call me tomorrow. Of course the agent had me reset the Telo for nothing. I can call my son who has Verizon. The first agent placed a call with my phone number successfully. When I call I get a standard 'The number you have reached is not in service' recording.

Tried this morning and it's working, I can call my cellphone. Nothing heard yet from Ooma.

On 5/11 I did get a call from an Ooma rep on my cellphone - from my home phone number. He explained that was a test and they needed to make a correction on some routes.
