Occasionally people calling my main OOMA Telo number get "Not a working number." They try 2 or 3 times and it finally goes through. Seems to be only calls from North Carolina. Ideas?

Have them call their phone company and complain that they can't reach a known working number. Their phone company's routing tables are not correct.
