1024 blocked numbers

I've reached the 'maximum number of blocked numbers, and have to delete some to add more.
1) Why this 'ridiculous' maximum?
2) How can I tell which are the oldest numbers (to delete them)?

1) The original PC had a max memory limit of 640KB because "no one would ever need any more than that". It seemed like a valid design decision at the time? Things change.
2) No way that I'm aware of.

Then is there any way to get the whole list of blocked numbers -- instead of 3 at a time?
Or how about deleting the entire list?

Just checked. Window size is fixed & I can find no way to bulk delete. Probably the reason I limit the list to only a week's worth of entries.

I contacted support and the associate deleted the contents of my Block List for me.
