Inbound calls will not connect

I have called the customer service line 5 times in a day and never get anywhere. The service works perfect for outbound calls, but anytime someone dials my number, it does not ring and goes straight to voicemail-message saying "my number cannot take your call right now, please leave a message after the tone." It does not ring.

I have power cycled as the Ooma reps have all told me. I have rebooted the router/modem. I have moved the ethernet cable to another port on the modem/router. I have a blue light and as mentioned, outbound calls work fine.

Any help would be appreciated as ANY customer service call/chat is a waste of time

That sounds like you have "Do Not Disturb" enabled.
Does your dial tone stutter when you go off hook? If it does you do have it enabled.
