No incoming calls from AT&T wireless.

We have 3 Ooma devices in the family - my house, my mom's house, and my in-laws. None of them will receive incoming calls from cell phones on AT&T's network. Outbound calls work fine. Inbound calls from Verizon, and other Ooma devices work fine. I first noticed this yesterday, but my last call to an Ooma device was on 8/28, so this started sometime between 8/28 and 8/30.
Any suggestions?
