No Voicemail in Safari 14.0

Since upgrading to Safari 14.0 on mcOS 10.15.6 I can't retrieve my voicemail from the myooma website. There's no sound or progress bar. It still works from Firefox. Has anyone else seen this and know how to fix it to regain ooma voicemail support in Safari?

According to my chat with ooma support this morning, Flash is required to retrieve voicemail in a browser. The person on the other end of the chat didn't seem to know that Flash is no longer supported in Apple's current browser.

But according to another ooma support person and my own research (I can still retrieve voicemail with Firefox after uninstalling Flash from my system) Flash is not the issue.

I have the same problem. I also can't retrieve voicemail on my iPhone by using Safari browser or Chrome browser. I haven't tried other browsers.
