I make a call or receive a call on my Ooma HD3 handset and have my wife join in the call with the other Ooma HD3 handset. Clicking the green phone tab > left soft key “Join” > left soft key “Line 1” does not result in joining the call. Her HD3 screen shows we are joined but no audio or talk.
Any advice? Thanks Paul

I found powering the Telo off / on will resolve the problem. Paul
