after reset no more sound

I had to do a reset on my telo (forgot admin password) now i have no more sound and security voice alerts no longer works ?

Did you verify that the sound is not turned off? Press the volume up button.

i did many times and also did the *#*#511 and 5 reboots. I am on Version: 16052628

The speaker in my Telo 2 failed. I opened up the Telo and removed the dead speaker and soldered in a new one that is much bigger. It required some plastic trimming to get it to fit. It has been fine since the new speaker was installed.

I'm afraid not. That would require taking it out of service and opening it up. I have a rule, learned the hard way a long time ago: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
