I had Ooma for approximately 3 months when the unit stopped sending or receiving calls. I could answer on my cell phone. After no response from Ooma I ordered a new Ooma air from Best Buy. I can make calls with new unit but still cannot answer incoming calls except with my cell phone. Called Ooma and they were no help. Wanted me to hook my computer to the device. I had no way to do that without ordering a specific cable.
I see this seems to be a problem with Ooma. Any advice?
