Red Blink Light

I have been having a red blinking light (4 times, pause, 4 times, etc.) for the past month. I called support and they did a factory reset of my Telo. It blinked purple (same sequence) for 2 days. I unplugged it and it now blinks red again. I can make and receive calls with no problem. I just noticed that I cannot play voice mails on the Telo now. I also have an email forwarded to me and can listen to voicemail on it. I upgraded to this Telo on August 2, 2019, so it is not that old. Any suggestions on what to do?
