Cell Can’t Call Us

I am new customer and was testing things and asked our daughter to call us but the call could not be completed as dialed. She uses BellMts cell service out of Winnipeg. I called her and it worked well but her display showed a call from the United States. We are new and might be missing something here though. Thanks.

Have your daughter contact her cell service company and report that she can't call a known working number.
The problem is that they don't have a route set up to reach your new number, probably the entire exchange is not reachable.

Ok thanks, good to know. I think I’m going ahead with porting our number over and then we’ll see how everything works after that. The sound quality is quite good so we don’t have to worry about that.
