I didn't see a helper to download, so I couldn't get the results you were expecting. I do know that the modem is still relatively new (purchased last year) and that I have ample internet speed.

Should I assume the lack of further reply to mean that no one has any other suggestions? That, for lack of any other option, go buy another Ooma Telo?

I love my Telo service, but this will be my 3rd unit in 6 years - not a particularly good track record on their hardware in my opinion.
