Mobile app not indicating "Ooma Call"
I am not being notified on my cell phone mobile app that I am about to receive and "ooma call"... therefore I do not know if I should answer my phone for a personal call versus a business call (different greeting)
My set up:
Virtual receptionist-> simultaneous to desk phone and 2 mobile users
Please advise.

If you have Virtual Receptionist you have a business system and are asking your question in the Home forum.
I beta tested the business system about 10 years ago. I don't remember enough to answer your question.
