Ooma Forums

Been trying to place calls to a certain exchange but only get a fast busy signal. I can make the call from a cell phone to the exchange and I can also call other exchanges. It seems to be just a certain exchange.

I have rebooted my router and Ooma.

I tried Ooma's online support but was told to call Ooma so I did...Was on waiting for over an hour hut couldn't wait any longer. I had other things I needed to do...

Any help is appreciated
