I have the original telo. As of 12/2021 cordless phones won't ring!!

Everything goes to voicemail. I have panasonic phones. They have always rang using ooma. Now no ring - goes right to voicemail. I added the Netgear Orbi system and Netgear modem in November, but this is recent.

The link for setup is dead. I don't have "advanced" on my dashboard. I unplugged, all the known ways to reset.

Can OOma send a firmware download to my phone?

All help is appreciated. :idea:

Called OOma - did the 15 minute complete unplug from rounter, power etc. STILL NOT WORKING.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!

On the front of my OOMA base, there is a envelope. Talking to tech
support they said that my do not disturb was on.

I guess on my older OOMA that is where the do not disturb is. The tech
lady told me to press it for 2 seconds to turn it off. I pressed the red
envelope for 2 seconds turned it blue and my phones were ringing again!!

No unplugging, resetting... in life, it's all who you talk to.

If do not disturb was on you should also have had a stutter dial tone.
