Some of the people I call see wrong Caller ID name

In addition to my Telo, I also have a line from Xfinity Voice (aka Comcast VOIP service), and a mobile phone from Xfinity Mobile (aka Verizon Wireless service resold by Comcast).

When I use my Ooma line to call my VOIP line, my name and number are displayed on the VOIP line phone.

But when I use my Ooma line to call my mobile phone, my name is shown as "Alarm Dispatch."

As I recall, Caller ID only sends numbers, and the telco on the receiving end does a database lookup to display the name.

Will this problem fix itself in a few days after a database update, or will I have to call Comcast.

(Calling Comcast ranks on a par with getting a root canal procedure.)

Does Comcast charge extra for cellphone caller ID name?
In my experience calls to my cellphone are identified as a city and a state.
If I have the calling person's name in the cellphone directory it displays the correct name.
