Only base handset rings when there is an incoming call

Only base handset rings when there is an incoming call

Hi - I have Ooma Telo Air 2 with three OOMA Hd3 handsets. When a call comes in only the base handset rings, the other 2 dont. I have checked the volume and that's fine, also when I tried intercom and call all all handsets ring fine. Any suggestions on what might be going on. Thanks a bunch for your help.
