Hello,
I'm a new user to Ooma. I recently got a Telo and installed it.
Everything went fine.
I can make calls without any issue but I can't receive any.
When someone tries to call me it doesn't even reach my telo.
I tried to call my number with my cell. It doesn't even ring and after a while it says on my cell "Couldn't connect".
Anybody experience this or can help me?
