some calls go straight to VM

since Ooma CS appears to be non-existent.
Has anyone had this issue with their Ooma service and have a fix?
Its a completely random occurrence.
Call forwarding is off.
I unplugged and restarted.
Its a 1st gen Telo.

Check whether any call blocking preferences are routing calls to voicemail. The troubleshooting FAQ also lists some other things to check for, such as a loose connection in the Telo's phone jack.
