OTP / TWO factor calls go to VM and do not ring
all other phones calls ring and come through fine. what gives? i have like 5 VMs of the last 3 words of the automated system. do not see any bright big whitelist button on my ooma dash board, nor does the VM section give a phone number!
not of these calls ever rang, i had the phone in my hand looking to see if said anything on it's little lcd screen. ALL OTHER CALLS RING AND COME THROUGH FINE

Preferences NOT DASHBOARD, call blocking, levels all the way to off. now how do i whitelist?

Add it to you contacts.

From the "My Ooma" voicemail page, hover the mouse over the name to show both the Caller ID name and number. To the right of the name, in the 'Actions' column, click on the 'Add Contact' icon to add the associated number to the contacts list.

i typed in my.ooma.com/voicemail and it worked but could not find a voice mail button, turns out you click a picture of a phone and it opens a hidden menu. TY
