UnWanted calls

Long time OOMA user

I noticed for the last few weeks, I have been getting unwanted calls from my area code 260 and the prefix 480

I cant see where I can block these calls

While not every call But the majority

Just started in the last 30 days or so

Add an entry to the custom block list to block a number, select "Numbers that start with ...", and enter the area code and prefix ("260480"). If the Caller ID number can contain extra leading digits, (such as a leading '1'), then add a second entry to block numbers that start with "+260480".

by following that advice my logic tells me they would not be able to get wanted local calls unless the number is already white listed

The proposed block list entries would not block calls from a different area code or prefix, nor from any known contacts.
