International calls have been failing for over a week
I routinely make one international call to China every week, using Ooma. Since over a week ago, the calls have been failing. After dialing the number, I would hear the number of remaining minutes, then I hear one or two long rings, then a short ring in a different tone, then the call would hang up. Using another phone service, I can get through to the same international phone number, so the problem is likely in the international routing service that Ooma uses.
