PRetty much just what the title says. Can I make a voip call from my computer using ooma telo basic? The only downloads seem to be for the professional office plan thing.

The Telo itself only supports making calls from traditional analog telephones, or from compatible DECT cordless telephones. The Ooma Home Phone app also supports making calls from iOS or Android devices, (usually smart phones, but the app may also have limited functionality for similar devices, such as tablets).
