911 service billingual from Quebec (could speak french)?

I leave in Quebec province, does 911 service is avaiable in french ? ( I think it should be, but i didn't see any informtion about what company do the 911 service for Ooma)

I don't want to have to call 911 only to know if they offer billigual service !

Local governments provide the 911 operators that answer the calls. Ooma only routes the calls to the appropriate call center, based on a user's given service address.
