How does this differ from the Premier plan?

Based on a quick internet search, there appears to be no such thing as an "Enhanced Calling Subscription". However, Ooma Premier does offer enhanced functionality for some Ooma Basic features, such as Caller-ID, Call Waiting, and Voicemail.
