Have 4 Ooma handsets but can only receive calls on 1

I have 4 Ooma handsets--2 HD2 and 2 HD3. I can make outgoing calls on all of the phones, but I can only receive calls on one of the Hd3 handsets. I have deregistered the other 3 handsets and then re-registered them, but that did not change anything. Can only one help with a solution. Thanks.

Did those three handsets ever receive any calls, or did they only recently stop receiving them? Try removing the batteries from the handsets for a few minutes, then reinserting them. If that doesn't help, then try moving the batteries from the working phone to one of the non-working phones, to check if that makes a difference.

Otherwise, if the batteries are more than a few years old, then it's possible that they can no longer hold a full charge, and it may be time to replace them with new batteries.
