Go to voicemail immediately
Is there a way to set up the voicemail box to allow the call to go directly to voicemail without waiting for the numerous rings? I have set up my second number for my direct reports to report info on a daily basis and the extra rings is a waste of time. I have the ring default set to the minimum number, wish that there was a option for "0".

Re: Go to voicemail immediately
I am looking to have all calls to the number go to voicemail automatically (each and every call). I understand that I can press the envelope button on an individual call and it will force it to voicemail.

Do what I said and ALL calls will go to voice mail.
While not in a call
Press and hold down the envelope button until it turns red.
That is called privacy mode.

This puts the system in "Do Not Disturb" and has been designed for just what you are wanting to do.murphy wrote:Press and hold the "envelope" button until it turns red.

Friends don't remember what Landline Integration was or why we did it.

Re: Go to voicemail immediately
or setup the system for anonymous call block and have the caller block caller id using *67, calls will go right to voicemail, no rings
