Does anyone have any experience using the SCOUT and OTHER HPNA products, like home-plug ethernet products? I have a number of the netgear HD products running in the house and wonder if the scout will even work?

Voice quality on the phone connected to the Scout is very good.
My problem is that I can not setup the Scout as a private device with my second number assigned to it.
Any calls to my second number go directly to VM.
Can not setup VM on the Scout.
Still waiting for a call back from support or an e-mail reply on this issue.
Might have a defective Scout or the wrong serial number on the label.
