Calling AT&T cellphone number and can never left a message.

I just find that I can never leave message on AT&T cellphone number. Everytime after 30 seconds of waiting, it does not ask me to leave a message. It prompts me to enter the voice mail number. I use sprint cell phone to call the AT&T cell phone number, no problem like this. This is the same for all AT&T cellphone, especially iphone.

The ooma connection tone is what is causing the problem. It is the little jingle that plays when the call is connected. You can disable it in the lounge. Go to Preferences then System. Disable the ooma connection tone. Make sure you click save. That should cure the problem
