Voicemail (broadband answering machine)

I just set my system up today. When trying to set up the voicemail it is asking for a PIN number....like I should know my PIN number. I have never set up a PIN number. What do I do?

The voicemail box creation process failed for a few customers who activated today -- we're working on fixing the issue as soon as possible.

Hi aouellette,
We're still working on resolving these voicemail creation problems. Right now we're fixing these voicemail creations in periodic batches, so it hopefully should be available soon.
