My multi line function has stopped working on incoming calls. When I am on one phone connected to the hub and another call comes in the phone off of the scout doens't ring, nor does line 2 lite up. This feature used to work. If I am on the phone, you can pick up the other phone and get a dial tone am make a call.

Are you an active ooma Premiere subscriber?

Yes I have Ooma Premier. Sometime it works and sometimes it doesn't.
