I have the same problem. Calls come in, but neither the phone connected to Ooma nor my Ooma cell phone app rings. Moments later I get a notification on my cell phone that I have new voice mail. It’s the call I was expecting. Sometimes the call comes through and the phone rings, sometimes it doesn’t. Just a roll of the dice. I can can make outgoing calls though.
