Retrieval of ooma voice mail from DECT handsets?

I have one of the new Panasonic DECT phone sets (kxtg9334). Is there any way to retrieve ooma voice mail from the Panasonic handsets. It recognizes when there is voice mail and flashes a light to indicate it. In the phone's menu under Voice Mail, it asks for a VM access number. I don't know how the ooma VM system works, but it seems like if the VM indicator works, then retrieval of messages should be possible too.

Dial your ooma phone number and press * when the voice mail girl starts talking. Then enter your pin when prompted.
