Having major problems today with outages, garbled sound.....

I cannot seem to find a link that says Ooma is having service outages today - Feb 14th. My service started out with garbled, static ridden calls where the other person couldn't hear although all lights were blue. Then I could not receive or make calls. Now the Telo is flashing red signaling an outage. Anyone else?
