OOMA Premium & Voicemail

I previously had OOMA premium service. If I was on the phone and another call came in, it would automatically roll the new call into voicemail. I discontinued Premier and now the caller just receives a message saying that the line is busy and to call back later. Is that the way it's supposed to work?

Currently a bug in our system. I manually made a change to your account.
Give it a little time to update & you can try testing again.
