My Dad's Phone Goes Into Voicemail, Always

I have my wife, my dad and myself on family plan with AT&T. When my wife and I call my home (Ooma) it rings fine and then it goes to voicemail if nobody picks up. However when my dad calls it does not even ring and it goes directly to voicemail. Does anyone know what's going on? I don't have Anonymous Calls blocked, nor his phone number set to anonymous. This happens consistently. Anyone knows why?

Perhaps you inadvertently placed his number on your personal blacklist. If that's not the case you will likely need to contact customer service to resolve the issue.

Thanks for the reply. But I don't even have premier service, so no blacklists.
I guess I will have to call customer service for that.
