Txt message upon voicemail is marked "urgent"?

I haven't figured out why yet but sometimes when Ooma sends me a txt msg on my cell to alert me that I have just received a Voicemail, it's marked "Urgent" on my phone. My provider is Verizon. Anybody else having this weird quirk? Any thoughts/ideas?
