Call Dropped on incoming Google Voice Call

I just had a problem with my Ooma system. I have a Telo with Ooma premium but no handset. What seemed to happen is I was on a call when a GV call came in. On my cell (which is also set to recieve GV calls) I hit ignore call. At that point it seemed as though the original call was still connected but no call traffic went through (I couldn't hear the other caller and they couldn't hear me). I hung up but the line 2 light on the Telo continued to flash and I couldn't get a dial tone on line 1. The caller called back and my phone rang, but when I picked up I could still not hear or be heard. I finally recycled the Telo and all was well again. Any clues or similar experiences?

I see a software update that was pushed out to your telo & took a little more time.
May have been conjestion or traffic on the network.
